How fast can care start?
Usually within 24–72 hours after your free consultation, depending on the schedule and care needs. Tell us if it's urgent and we will try to go faster.
Do you offer 24-hour or live-in care?
Yes. We arrange round-the-clock care with rotating caregivers, as well as live-in options, across Broward County.
How much does home care cost?
It depends on the hours, the type of care and the schedule. Request a free quote and we'll send you clear pricing — no pressure and no obligation.
Are caregivers screened?
Yes. Companions and homemakers go through background screening and employment history verification before they are placed with a client.
Is there a minimum number of hours?
Most schedules start at a few hours per visit. Tell us what you need and we'll find the best fit.
Can I request a caregiver who speaks my language?
Yes. Let us know if you prefer a caregiver who speaks English, Spanish, Haitian Creole or French and we'll do our best to match you.
Are you licensed?
Yes. 24-7 Home Care Support Corp is registered with the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) as a Homemaker & Companion Services provider, Registration #242220, serving Broward County.
Do you provide personal care or nursing?
No. Under our AHCA Homemaker & Companion registration we provide non-medical services only: companionship, supervision, meal preparation, light housekeeping, shopping, errands and escorts. We do not provide hands-on personal care such as bathing, dressing or toileting, or any nursing or medical services. If your loved one needs those services, we can point you to licensed home health providers.
Does Medicare pay for this kind of care?
Original Medicare generally does not pay for non-medical in-home care such as companion or homemaker services. Long-term care insurance, VA benefits or private pay are common options — we can help you understand what may apply.
